Covid changed the way we practice yoga. In-person class practice was adapted to online practice. Surprisingly it has worked well for us. Yoga has proven to be a helpful tool in this increasingly complex world, with individual stresses as well as external stressors like Covid-19, the war and many other factors. We are especially encouraged to see dedicated practices evolve into personal and spiritual growth. All beings yearn for Moksha (freedom).

Yoga as a mind-body exercise connects our body to our awareness, to draw us back from the external environment to introspection is imperative for personal and spiritual growth. Physical and mental well-being also improves as a result.

Why Stability and Space? Because the practice starts with developing stability and strength & creating space and flexibility to develop a fluid spine with free flow of energy throughout the Body, penetrating the layers to experience Bliss and Innate Joy which
essentially is who we are.

Our belief is spirituality has many paths. We full-heartedly embrace diversity and differing strengths as Yoga means simply ' to yoke' - to unite. Our team of practitioners embody that. The practice is serious but the attitude is one of fun, creativity and exploration. We have curated practices which have been useful in our individual spiritual journeys to share with you our love of yoga.

We hope you have as much fun as we have with this mind-body exploration. Namaste

Miranda, an MBA graduate, spent most of

her early career in the financial industry. She started her own journey to wholeness since the early 2000’s. It is through her own healing experience that gave her so much consolation that in 2010, she went to Mercy Center, Burlingame (US) to learn how to accompany others. To further deepen her own journey into wholeness, and to marry the different disciplines of Body, Mind and Spirit, Miranda completed in 2015, her training in
Creative Journaling Expressive Arts under Lucia Capacchione, author of Recovery of your Inner Child and many other related books.
Having been inspired by Dr. Peter Levine’s work since the early 2000s, Miranda joined the inaugural SE cohort in Singapore in 2019. As a proud graduate of the first local batch of SE Practitioners. She has since assisted in Taipei, Guangzhou, Malaysia, and Singapore Trainings.

Miranda is qualified to assist at all training levels, and is a personal session provider for the Beginning level.

She is also a Bodynamics Practitioner, which is a somatic psychology approach developed in Denmark by Lisbeth Marcher and her colleagues, that connects
psychological development with muscular and somatic awareness.
As a person who has made her life journey to wholeness. Miranda has spent many years integrating her different learnings, to better support and provide a safe container for others.
